Our Tandoori Chicken is a timeless classic at My Village, prepared in the authentic Punjabi tradition. Chicken pieces are marinated for hours in a blend of thick yogurt, Kashmiri red chilli, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and a secret mix of ground spices, then roasted in our traditional clay tandoor at intense heat.

The extreme heat of the tandoor seals in the juices while creating a beautiful charred, smoky exterior with a signature red-orange colour. Each piece is tender and juicy on the inside with a slight crispness on the outside.
